Braiding Science, Spirit, and the Self
"The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence."— Nikola Tesla
"Everything is energy and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics."— Albert Einstein
“The religion of the future will be a cosmic religion. It will transcend a personal God and avoid dogma and theology.”

Exploring the Intersections of Kundalini Energy, Science, God, and Water
I am deeply passionate about studying the interconnectedness of the spine and ancient wisdom. My research explores how the sacred teachings from diverse traditions align with our understanding of energy, consciousness, and the mind-body connection. Central to this exploration is the belief that our spinal energy serves as a conduit for life force or Prana, connecting us to divinity in our hearts.

At the center of my work is the conviction that all existence is interconnected, much like a braid. Water embodies this sacredness, reminding us of our intrinsic bond with the universe and with God.

Through the project Trenza, we seek to intertwine these essential elements: the sacredness of water, our spinal column (through the science of Yoga), breath-work, the heart, and our connection with God.
This journey is one of personal transformation and collective healing, where we weave together the threads of spirit and existence into a unified understanding of our place in the universe.
